An excellent aspect of the schooling I received was that the curriculum included a real-world project. Myself and a teammate were asked to design and develop a website for a local non-profit called the Boston Showstoppers Program. The program focuses on teaching young females the value of sports as they relate to academics.

My design team was able to successfully develop and launch a true web 2.0 site for BSP. Although they have since moved on and will be taking a different direction with their site, the experience was extremely valuable. The BSP staff was a pleasure to work with as well!
