How to Take a Break - MAC Users
Have you ever been sitting at your desk and realize that 10 hours have just gone by? Yes, you probably got some work done, but it's very unhealthy to do that regularly. As a freelancer, I find myself constantly getting up from my chair after a long sit-down and feeling a bit sore. Well, I think I've found a solution!
The program is called TIME OUT for MAC, and is specifically built for MAC users. I've found it to be almost like a boss who constantly keeps an eye on you, but also makes sure you get your "me time" where you can get up, walk around, and stretch your legs. It allows you to create settings on how often you would like a regular break (say, 30 minutes) and a micro-break (say, 30 seconds). This really helps with refreshing your mind and again, stretching out your legs. I recommend this for any MAC user, especially for those hard-working freelancers out there like myself.
